Who we are
Roasmith is a media buying service run by Abdelkabir El Mahdaoui ("Roasmith", "I", "me"). For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
What I collect
Only what you type into the application form and the booking calendar:
- Your name, email, WhatsApp number and the country you're based in
- Your store URL, platform, what you sell, revenue and ad spend ranges, channels and markets
- The plan you're interested in, how your store takes payments, and your goal
- The call time you book
This site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Why I use it
- To review your application and prepare for our call
- To contact you about your application by email or WhatsApp
- If we work together, to run the service we agree on
The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask me to take before a possible agreement. I never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Services that process your details
- Web3Forms delivers the application form to my inbox.
- Cal.com handles call booking and sends the confirmation and video link.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
These providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards.
How long I keep it
Applications that don't lead to working together are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, I keep what's needed for the duration of our agreement and any legal record-keeping that applies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
